Lime Curried Rice 2 cups water 2 packages/cubes beef or vegetable bouillon 4 teaspoons fresh lime juice * 2 teaspoons finely

grated lime zest * 1 teaspoon curry powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder 1 cup uncooked rice In a saucepan with a tight-fitting lid, bring the spices and water to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Do not remove lid during first 15 minutes of cooking time. * One lime will provide more than enough juice and zest.
