-You can insert a background sound or
music in a page and you can play it whlie
the page displays.
-You can insert audio files in the following
format:
- wave sound
- MDI Sequencer
- AIFF Sound
- AU sound
-Step to insert audio and video effects :
- General Tab audio file
-To insert a video, you can do it by having a
hyperlink pointing to a video file in your web.
- The status bar indicates the approximate
time in seconds that it will take a page and all
its associated files to download.
 MIDI Sequencer File
-MIDI Sequencer File is computer – synthesized music.
- They can tend to be larger and take longer to
download than MIDI File.
- Can contain voices and other real – world sounds and
music.
- You can create hyperlinks to sound files and to
video files
Network browsers
- will not play background sound or music to defined in the
Page Properties dialog box.
- Insert an audio file into a page using an HTML <EMBED> tag.
This will make the sound effect available Netscape users
Advantage of using <EMBED>
-Insert a background sound that give users the ability to
turn the sound on or off.
-Once you delete a FrontPage Web it cannot be
HIT COUNTER
-Displays in a web page that indicate the number of
visitors to a particular page.
-common on the World Wide Web as they provide info
that is useful to web developers and to people who
advertise on website.
