The Texas Workforce Commission refers alleged unemployment fraud cases to DA's across Texas (including Travis County).

Before I filed for judicial review with Travis County (case dismissed), TWC had set in motion to trump up a fraud case against me. TWC concealed my timely reporting of wages in Nov 2008. Then, investigated me Dec 2008 to Jan 2009.

Part 2 Exhibit D should began, "Once upon a time..." It is around the time of the depositions from the other Travis County fraud cases.
