Milford Parents and Coaches Plan for the Future The monthly Touchdown Club meeting is taking place on Wednesday, January 15th at 7:00 p.m. It will be held in Room A10 at the High School. This will be the first meeting for the 2014 season. Your input is needed. Remember parents, you provide the foundation and support for our Eagles so get involved!

Winter Update As stated in our program mission and philosophy, we support multi-sport athletes. Presently, we have 36 student athletes involved in winter sports at MJHS and MHS. We are very proud of their efforts and wish them success as their seasons continue! Basketball : Jack Engelman, Keenan Farrell, Ben Greenwell, Alex Shiplett, Max Brewer, Bryson Hutzel, Diamonte Johnson, Hayden Sluder, Tyler Smith, Michael Watkins, Bryce Dugan, Nathan Gallimore, Benjamin Harris, Blake King, Grayson Kiser, Max Lewis, Alex Lutz, Dan Lutz, Jarrod Maltry, Sam Pickett, Jihad Richard, and Jacob Ward Bowling : Michael Long Wrestling: David Sheldon, Riley Holbrook, Kyle Brady, Jeremy Dentino, Noah Honerlaw, Graham Martin, Liam McCarthy, Daniel Wilson, Adam Bartrum, Dax Creager, Tre Spillman, Matt Strunk, and Jeremy Violet

Working out (or involvement in a school sponsored sport/activity) is how everything is earned - equipment, locker, jersey number, consideration for captain, etc. Winter workouts began on Monday, December 2nd. Attendance has been good with 104 student athletes lifting weights and an average of 67 student athletes per workout. The following young men finished December workouts with perfect attendance: Austin Bell, David DiSilvestro, Tucker Houston, Alex Sowder, Zach Weigel, Dominic Dalessandro, Clay Knecht, Adam Hensley, Andrew Johnson, Evan Baugh, Craig Belcher, Matt Bohlander, Rylan Childs, Luken Dalessandro, Owen Elsbernd, Andy Maue, Caleb Richardson, Dylan Stewart, and Skyler Welch.

If you are not in a Milford winter sport, you need to be in the weight room!
December Max Leaders Of the 22 returning lifters that had baseline data from last year we had an average increase of 91 pounds for our Big 3 Lifts (Squat/Bench/Hang Clean).
