Gavrov, Sergey Nazipovich - philosopher, social anthropologist, a political scientist. Ph.D., Professor of Sociology and Social Anthropology, Institute of Social Engineering MGUDT. Russia specialist in the field of social modernization of non-Western societies. Born in 1964 in Nizhny Novgorod (Gorky) (USSR). Leading researcher sector sociocultural processes and systems Rossiyskogo Institute of Cultural Ministry of Culture. The thesis is protected by religion, philosophical anthropology, philosophy of culture on the theme - "modernization process in Russia: socio-cultural aspects". Author of several books and over one hundred scientific articles. Member of the editorial board of the journals «Personality. Culture. Community» (Institute of Philosophy RAS) and the «Psychology of the elite», as well as the Commission «to study the complex problems of human culture and society», acting as the Board of RAS «World Culture History». In the sphere of scientific interests - modernization, the problem of modernization of transformations in its various manifestations, including political, demographic, educational, social, cultural, and educational philosophy. Professor Le Havre included in the short list of Russia's advisory scientists and politicians, are best reflected in his works of political life in Russia 1994-2003. Member of the Writers' Union in Moscow. Scientific research on the history, theory and practice macrosocial modernizing transformations in Russia, imperial and national issues.
