    This reports serves to determine the feasibility of investing the Hambury Family Foundations funds into Wynn Resorts

    international. Specifically I will be determining the feasibility of investing $1 million into Wynn for a period of at least two years.

    Ultimately Ive concluded that we should not invest our funds into Wynn. There are three main reasons that will be explored further in this report. First the poor growth in macau, second the legal issues that Wynn faces, and finally the loss of talent from the company.
