Deserve Level Self-Evaluation

Write your answers on another sheet of paper.


Take time to really think and answer all questions honestly.

1. How do you truly "feel" about yourself?

2. Do you SAY you deserve the best?

3. Do you BELIEVE you deserve the best?

4. Do your actions back up what you say you deserve?

5. Do you try to convince yourself that you deserve the best?

6. Is your self talk constructive or destructive?

7. What do you listen to, what do you put in your mind?

8. Who do you listen to?

9. What are expectations for yourself?

12. What is your purpose/passion?

13. Do you believe you bring value to your relationships and job?

14. Do you feel you deserve love and respect?

15. Do you need others approval?

16. Do you hide your true feelings?

17. Is being yourself important?

18. Do you speak up for yourself and put your views across?

19. Do you feel guilty about doing or saying what you want?

20. Do you focus more on your flaws than your strengths?

21. Do you do things that strengthen, relax, and nurture your mind and
body?

22. What is the current state of your life right now in the following areas:

• Career
• Financial
• Relationships
• Social
• Health & Body
• Spiritual

23. Using that same categories as above, write on one side of a sheet of
paper, what you SAY you deserve in each category and on the other side
write what you BELIEVE you deserve in each
Category.

24. Take some time and write about this experience. What did you discover?
What answers stuck out to you? Are you talking the talk and walking the
walk when it comes to what you deserve?

This is a place not to pass judgment on yourself strengthening the ego. It is


a place to get clarity as to your belief system.
