Sundown at Granada is 100% behind the Non-GMO movement.We are fervently researching Non-GMO food items and in the coming months you will see our menu evolve based on this research.We believe in educating our customers and being transparent about what we feed them, striving for only the freshest, healthiest, Non-GMO ingredients. Thus we are still awaiting Non-GMO verification on:Corn Syrup - used in all sodas.
We do offer “Ooogave sodas” which are NON-GMO.
Canola Oil - used to blanch Sweet Potato Fries.
We do offer substitutes, like NON GMO fried falafel, tabbouleh & salad.
 Feel free to use our "Open Policy Ingredient Books” on display in the bar to research anything you are eating. If something strikes you as odd, please let us know immediately.
