I. Situation

Higher Unit Intent:
To recruit, develop, retain, and commissionquality Second Lieutenants in the United States Armyin order to meet the demand of its mission. Thoselieutenants are strong in will, character, and body and excel inmost everything they do. They are skilled in fieldcraft, are physicallyfit, and excel even on their worst days, can swim, navigatewhile dismounted, and have a positive mental outlook thatallows them to overcome any obstacle, and the brains tofigure out how to do it.Attachments/Detachments: None
II. Mission
 The Fighting Blue Hen Battalion conducts PT and Leadership Lab during Week3 (14SEP09-18SEP09) at each company’s respective training sites, IOTimprove physical fitness and continue to educate and develop cadets militaryskills.
III. Execution
Commanders Intent:Concept of the Operation: This operation will be conducted in three phasesPhase I: Consists of company commanders making allpreparations and conducting any necessary rehearsals for theweekly training activities.Phase II: Consists of conducting PT and Labs according theindividual company training schedules.Phase II: Consists of recovery and accountability of allequipment and an AAR conducted and recorded at the weeklystaff meeting. Tasks to Maneuver Units:
