While visiting to your website I came to know that the organization is working on steward use of earth resources in a manner that protects the ecosystem. My study area of interest regarding internship are protection of ecosystem through steward use of earth resources which will develop sustainable development approaches in Himalayas which take in to account the future ecological and balance of Himalayan region. Sustainable development means Meeting the needs of present generation without compromising the needs of future generation from this definition the following principles of sustainable development emanate. The government and public perspective must be shifted towards ecological consideration in development. Mindless exploitation of natural resources which are not renewable, must be stopped. State needs conserve resources and use of technologies which generates minimum waste.

Action Required: Proper management of waste land. Change the traditional mode of livelihood. Control the soil erosion through adequate engineering. Need to formulate methodology for recording and ascertaining the actual production of food crops. Control of deforestation.

I would bring quality and ease of development in study area and I have the potential to work efficiently and effectively to enhance the standard of the work assigned to me. I am basically from Himachal Pradesh. Very familiar to the culture and the society. I draw on my strategic planning, Team-building , Communication Skills, Dynamic skills, confidence, optimistic about the future and willingly accepting challenges which will lead me to expand my reach and impact in the critically important sector of Rural Development in India. This internship is an idle for my career path and I believe my education and professional and personal skills will make this project beneficial for me as well as your organization too, I am very thankful to you for providing me the opportunity which is going to provide me the first step towards my goal.
