Waiver and Indemnification
By indicating your acceptance, you understand, agree, warrant and covenant asfollows:In consideration of your acceptance of my application, I for myself, my executors, andassignors, do hereby release Diablo View Rotary, Rotary International, Golden StateGreyhound and their sponsors or coordinators, or their successors and their employees,contractors, subcontractors and agents (the “Event Planners”), from all claims ofdamages, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, in any manner arisingor growing out of my participation in these events and understand that the weatherand ground conditions may be hazardous.REGISTRATION AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY WAIVER (the “Agreement and Waiver”)1. Authority to Register and/or to Act as Agent. You represent and warrant to the EventPlanners that you have full legal authority to complete this event registration on behalfof yourself and/or any party you are registering (the “Registered Parties”).If you are registering a child under the age of 18 or an incapacitated adult yourepresent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of that party and havethe legal authority to enter into this Agreement and Waiver on their behalf and byproceeding with this event registration, you agree that the terms of this Agreement andWaiver shall apply equally to all Registered Parties. By registering a child under 13, youagree and consent to the collection of that child's information which you provide forthe purposes of registration.2.
