What is motivation to implement IS at UNI? Who should develop/implement/operate IS? Should we develop IS in-house or buy it?

Are we able (willing) to support development team (equipment, development tools, salaries, ) what will happen if not? Do you have required professionals (analytic team, )

An average class-load at the bachelor's degree level is about
