Mobile Marketing For Real Estate

How to improve your real estate mobile marketing and run laps around the major commercial and residential real estate companies' mobile marketing

There are an astonishing 4.1 billion mobile phones in use as of December 2008 according to Wikipedia and now's the perfect time to buy a house or make an investment (land, retail, commercial space, other). The rates are low and prices are very negotiable, but there's one big problem; you left your property printout on your kitchen table at home. No worries! You reach in your pocket for your trusty (smart or regular) cell phone. You are hoping to discover more information about the property you are sitting in front of and are baffled by your findings. Many commercial/residential real estate mobile sites can't get you the information you need in a timely, sophisticated manner. Why is this and what can be done? Another plaguing question; how do the big boys hold up in staying current with today's growing mobile world?

Sit back andrelax as we analyze some current residential/commercial real estate mobile sites as well as how
to „mobilize‟ your business in the growing mobile
marketing world.
RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE MOBILE MARKETING(OR LACK THEREOF)

More scrolling to view property detailsOn a side note, Keller Williams has teamed with Proteus,a mobile products company based in Arlington, VA. After seeing a property in print, online or on-site, an individual can send aproperty specific to a short code to request more information. The auto-responder will senddetailed mobile real estate property information and a link to a WAP site with photos, realtorinformation and lead-capturing tools. This was released in the D.C. area and will be nationwideafter a trial period. I have not seen an update that this is national yet.
