; without it, our skin, hair, and even nails will not be at their best; infact, some problems are caused by ill health.
:We all know how much our diet affects our appearance. If we’re not having the correctnutrients the body needs, our skin, hair and nails will all suffer. You can save a lot of money on beauty products if you make a bit of effort with your eating patterns. Thingslike pimples, acne and eczema can all be dramatically improved, just by having a healthydiet. So, what is a healthy diet anyway? Well, there is much debate on so many issues,that it’s easy to just not bother finding the truth, isn’t it? I did that for a long time, thengot so desperate for improvement in my health, that I started reading, and researching.What I discovered has totally changed my approach, and improved my health in a hugeway. There are many different resources for what I learned, but my favourite source, andinspiration is the author Jordan Rubin, and his company Garden of Life. These are the principles that I try my best to live by.These are the basic things I include in my diet, and have found to give great health;
Organic Food and Drinks; basically, lots of fruit and veg, some organic meat, wildcaught fish, some whole grains, free range eggs, raw or organic dairy, nuts)
Unprocessed Foods; homemade is best
