This text is in response to the January 8, 2014 RFAI. Amended reports have been filed this date to reflect the below
explanations.
Excessive Contributions from Individuals
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Jhong U. Kim The October Quarterly shows a MEMO regarding this contribution that states "This receipt will be
transferred back to JFC - Patriot Day II 2013". The Year End report reflects a refund (1,111.11) to Mr. Kim.
Excessive Contributions from Committees
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Friends of John Boehner This contribution was through the Patriot Day II 2013 JFC. This contribution should have been
designated as $2,000 to the Primary election 2014 and $2,000 to the General election 2014. This redesignation is shown
in the Amended October Quarterly report filed this date.
National Beer Wholesalers The 2/4/2013 contribution was reported for Primary election 2014, but was actually
designated General election 2012 (Debt Retirement). The corrected designation is shown in the Amended April Quarterly
report filed this date. The two 9/27/2013 contributions are designated correctly on the October Quarterly report as
filed.
Excessive Contributions from Committees not Qualified for Multi-Candidate Status
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Prosperity Action Committee This contribution was attributed to an incorrect committee. The contribution should have
been attributed to Prosperity Action Inc. ID# C00377689, which is a qualified committee. This attribution is corrected
in the Amended October report filed this date.
