I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from?

My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.

Io alzo gli occhi ai monti: da dove mi verr l'aiuto? Il mio aiuto viene dall'Eterno, che ha fatto i cieli e la terra,

He will not allow your foot to be moved. He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, he who keeps [you] will neither slumber nor sleep.

Egli non permetter che il tuo piede vacilli, colui che ti protegge non sonnecchier. Ecco, colui che [ti protegge] non sonnecchia e non dorme.

The Lord is your keeper. The Lord is your shade on your right hand. The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.

L'Eterno colui che ti protegge, l'Eterno la tua ombra, egli alla tua destra. DIO giorno il sole non ti colpir, n la luna di notte.

The Lord will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more.

L'Eterno ti custodir da ogni male; egli custodir la tua vita. L'Eterno custodir il tuo uscire e il tuo entrare ora e sempre.
