O&G Resources Sdn Bhd (OGR) was incorporated in May 1997 with main core business focus in asset care and plant maintenance services in mechanical, electrical, instrument, and civil disciplines. OGR is currently owned and managed by a group of professionals who have vast exposure in oil and gas industry. The management of OGR set out their enterprise doing what they know best, spurred on by the belief that there is a market niche for a private bumiputra company to excel in this industry by providing quality service through professional approach and total engineering solutions. OGR is registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Pusat Khidmat

Kontraktor Class D for Civil and Mechanical Works and Class III for Electrical Work as well as licensed with Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) and Ministry of Finance (MOF). System Maintenance, Upgrade and Retrofit Maintenance, upgrade and retrofit of Instrumentation, fire fighting and electrical systems and apparatus for process Plants. Material Supply and Trading Supply capability covering plant and marine related equipment and spares. Ir Mahmood Azmy Muhammad Shukri Chief Executive Officer Ir. Mahmood Azmy Muhammad Shukri, a professional engineer, holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and is recognized by the Department of Safety and Health, Malaysia as First Grade Steam Engineer. Mahmood has over 23 years of extensive experience in the area of project, maintenance and inspection in various oil, gas and petrochemical industries and currently hold as Managing Director in OGR He started his career in Petronas, as a Project Engineer in Catalytic Reformer Project, an expansion project for Kerteh Petronas Refinery. He then headed the companys Planning and Scheduling section before assuming duty as Maintenance Manager for the refinery. Subsequently, Mahmood moved to a Petronas/BP/Idemitsu joint-venture company, Ethylene/Polyethylene Malaysia, as Inspection Manager before joining Huntsman Tioxide. In Huntsman, he was the Engineering Manager responsible for plant maintenance, project engineering, plant reliability and Plant Turnaround for 10 years. Mahmood has had vast experience in manufacturing plant environment mainly in project engineering, maintenance management, major shutdowns, plant inspection and plant reliability improvement.

Mardzi Mustaffa General Manager

He graduated with Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He is responsible for resource planning and general management of maintenance, retrofit & installation work packages for the company. In addition to the above role, he also manages resource and oversees cataloguing work for Plant equipment for many clients in Europe. Mardzi has 14 years experience in oil, gas and Maintenance Projects in a petroleum refinery, with vast exposure in site management of Plant turnaround work. He is also competent in maintenance and troubleshooting of DCS, PLC systems and analysers. His expertise in Analyser and DCS troubleshooting is highly sought after by Plants, especially during Plant shutdown and start-ups.
