The rights issue opened on September 16, 2009.
Cadbury Nigeria is offering 2,568,628,106 shares priced at N8.65 to current shareholders.
The company has announced that the proceeds of the offering, estimated at N22 Billion will be used to pay off its bank debts, which have stymied its growth in recent years.
