Description
Army Training Memorandum - Unarmed Combat is actually a training manual compiled throughout 1943. These methods were little known, overall, and were taught mainly to selected personnel. It has been mentioned to me, a long time ago by Mr. Ralph Grasso, that Antonio Pereira, founder Miyama Ryu Jujutsu, studied these methods while in the U.S. Army during WWII in Australia. This compilation is one of the best you will find on Hand-To-Hand and combat and have been proven in combat many times.
The techniques outlined in Army Training Memorandum - Unarmed Combat should be practiced under the supervision of a professional instructor. These are wartime methods and are not pretty dojo tricks. Use common sense and caution!
I would like to thank Mr. Jimmy Fatwing for the reference material from his excellent website http://www.jimmy-fatwing.co.uk/
