Description

A cocktail specification sheet that I made up in 2003; Note how it is laid out, so that ingredients, glass, and garnish, are always in the same part of the page, regardless of drink. A laminated copy of this can be kept behind a bar, but you really should commit these recipes to memory (it looks better, rather than fumbling with recipe sheets).
