Dear Dr.

I am Chaitanya Varma, I am about to start my Master program in Electronic Engineering in your university from spring 2014, I was born and brought up in India. I have completed my Bachelor's in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University with a GPA of 3.74. My test scores are GRE: 309 and TEOFL: 96. From my final year, I worked on an industrial project supervised by my Professor Dr. D.Ramasita and ITC Project In-charge Mr. Shyam Singh. Industrial Project: 4-20mA current Feeder Development: The instrument is capable of simulating the signal of the transmitters like Pressure sensors, temperature sensors, Level Transmitters, Voltage or Current Indicators. This instrument is used to cross check the systems communication current loop. The current feeder section of the instrument consists of input, current amplifier and current driver. The output of the current driver is used to simulate the current and fed to PIC 16F628 microcontroller for converting the analog signal to digital signal using the inbuilt Analog to Digital converter to measure the current output of the instrument and display the current value. After my graduation I worked as Assistant Lecturer and taught Digital Design. The teaching and industrial project experience in the field of embedded systems has given me lots of confidence and insight into this field. I believe that working under your supervision in the state of art lab, will help me gain more knowledge. My Scientific Interests I have recently been involved in various projects so my current interest area can be outlined as Embedded Systems and Analog to digital conversion devices.

Waiting to hear back from you.

Thank you for sparing your precious time.

Regards, Chaitanya
