ananda999 Replied: if you are speaking about kechari, then the best source to learn it from is the advanced yoga practices lessons written by Yogani which advocates snipping in order to achieve kechari mudra. but there are other methods which are slower but very popular especially among those who follow the kriya yoga path channeled by Sri Lahiri Mahasaya like talviya kriya and tongue pushing and milking.. 12 / 03 / 2009

ananda999 Replied: i think that it's fair to point out that i didn't practice snipping in order to achieve kechari mudra but i went the other way and achieved the 4 stages (until the tongue touches the third eye) in a month and 10 days and i've been told that the reason why it happened so fast is good merit or good karma. yours, Ananda 12 / 03 / 2009
