ABSTRACT

HAWANIAH, 2013 Effect of Extracurricular Activities Islamic education to Morals of students in junior secondary school Salafiah Patani Raya Sub district Mappakasunggu Takalar (Taught by DM Said HM idea, as Chairman of the Commission and Samhi Muawan Knopf, as a Member). This study aims to determine the effect of extracurricular activities on the morals of Islamic education in junior secondary school students Salafiah Patani Raya Sub district Mappakasunggu Takalar. Form of extra-curricular activities of Islamic Education in junior secondary school Salafiah Patani Raya Sub district Mappakasunggu Takalar included in the good category. This is evident from the average value of 35, as well as the criteria for the value of 31-40, based on calculations using a frequency distribution table. So also in the descriptive analysis of the quantitative data obtained good results with values ranging between 56% 75%, through a questionnaire distributed to the 20 questionnaire. Morals junior secondary school students in Patani Raya Sub district Mappakasunggu Salafiah Takalar included in good categories. This is evident from the average value of 37.5, as well as the criteria for the value of 31-40. So also in the descriptive analysis of the quantitative data obtained good results with values ranging between 76% - 100%, through a questionnaire distributed to the 20 questionnaire. The result using frequency distribution tables can be concluded that the extracurricular activities of Islamic Education as an independent variable and the dependent variable character of the student as being in good category. This is evident from the average value for extracurricular activities are 35 Islamic education and morals of students is 37.5 with a value of 31-40 on good criteria. Thus, it can be concluded that Islamic education extracurricular activities affect the character of students in junior secondary school Salafiah Patani Raya Sub district Mappakasunggu Takalar.
