BANANA TOFFEE PIE Ingredients

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk , pressure cooked or boiled for 2 hours 2- 2 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers 1-2 sticks butter (1/2 cup), melted or more as needed 3-4 large ripe bananas 1/2 cup heav cream (for melting chocolate) ! cup bittersweet chocolate, chopped 1 ! - 2 cups "on-#air whipping cream $rated chocolate for garnish

Directions 1% &our the can of condensed milk in a medium saucepan and cook over low heat for about 4' minutes stirring fre(uentl % )e careful not to burn as it sticks to the bottom of the pan, or place an unopened can of condensed milk is a saucepan or pressure cooker% *ill with water until the can is completel covered% *or saucepan+ boil for 2 hours then cool completel in water where it was boiled% *or pressure cooker+ pressure cook for 2, minutes cool completel in water where it was boiled%
