Ever since its birth in1 9 2 1, the Communist Party of China has made the integration of the universal truth of Marxism-Leninism with the concrete practice of the Chinese revolution the guiding principle in all its work, and Comrade Mao Tse-tung\u2019s theory and practice of the Chinese revolution represent this integration. With the founding of our Party a new stage of the Chinese revolution was immediately unfolded, the stage of the new-democratic revolution, as pointed out by Comrade Mao Tse-tung. Throughout the twenty-four years of struggle for New Democracy (from1 9 2 1t o 1 9 4 5), throughout the three historical periods \u2014 the First Great Revolution, the Agrarian Revolu- tion and the War of Resistance Against Japan \u2014 our Party has con- sistently led the broad masses of the Chinese people in extremely arduous and bitter revolutionary struggles against their enemies, im- perialism and feudalism, and has gained great successes and rich experience. In the course of its struggle the Party has produced its own leader, Comrade Mao Tse-tung.
