Irrespective of the merit of this publication, it is difficult for the reader to avoid a sense of irony if (s)he juxtaposes the first few lines of the foreword with the tag of $195.00 to read the entire document. Surely, it cannot be long before we hear the death rattle of this insane state of affairs?
