Thank you for your interest in serving with Mountain Hope in Eastern Kentucky! TheCooperative Baptist Fellowship has initiated a program called “Together for Hope,” a 20-year commitment to offer hope to people in and around the nation

s 20 poorestcounties, all located in rural areas. Two of those counties are in the hills of EasternKentucky.Poverty is an issues many of us like to imagine as being “over there,” in another countrywith another people. However, when you walk with our partners in Eastern Kentucky,you will discover poverty in your own backyard. For many families there, grindingpoverty is all they have ever known and hope for a better day is in short supply. That
