How to we do customer support in the BRIC countries?

-Establish a local call center in each of the 4 countries that will employ native speakers of each languages. -The call centers will also have staff to provide support via a chat interface that can be accessed via the MS webpage or by using the included support app on the Spirit phone. -A paper quick start guide will be included with each phone. -Detailed documentation and tutorials will be provided on the MS website and will be included on the phone.

How do we deal with returns and repairs in the BRIC?

-Warehouses and repair facilities will be allocated at the primary distribution hub of our chosen shipping provider to insure rapid turnaround times.

How do we avoid transportation and logistics problems in the BRIC

-We will work with an experienced international shipping company such as UPS or FedEx to establish detailed plans for distribution and logistics including contingency plans for disruptions due to weather and world events.

Do we need to use risk mitigation money for all the above and how much? Hope
