Role: Manage the project team, plan, coordinate, control and monitor the full implementation of a project in order

to meet the contractual obligations. Responsibilities: Develop and monitor the project for reaching the contractual requirements: - Lead the tendering process (starting from proposals, up to selecting the subcontractors) - !oordinate the preparation of necessar" documents for concluding the contracts #ith subcontractors - $articipate in anal"sis and validation of the offers for the goods and services - Monitor technical, economic, administrative activities during the e%ecution of the project, issue resolution and corrective measures and monitor its implementation - $reparing the activit" progress reports - $articipate in inspections and receptions from suppliers and subcontractors according to the requirements - Monitor the activit" of the site b" site manager reports, &eeping permanent contact #ith subcontractors - 'rgani(e receipts on completion ) handing of #or&s - !hec& the technical and economical reports - *pprove the status of #or&s of the performed #or&s and the invoice for the services and goods related #ith project !oordinate the budget of the project develop and coordinate the budget for an" other #or& field that might interfere #ith the initial plan. !oordinate the accuratel" implementation of the informational and decisional management s"stem, used throughout the !ompan" and ma&e suggestions for its improvement !oordinate and evaluate project human resources team Requirements: +niversit" degree in ,ngineering -elevant and proven e%perience in project management (for industrial projects) and &no#ledge of planning $M$ certification is a plus *t least .
