of Purok 1-A Narra, Gabuyan, Kapalong, Davao del Norte, Philippines, under
oath, hereby state:
1.) That I am the complainant in the above-entitled case and I have
caused the preparation and filing of this position paper; That I have read and
understood the contents of this position paper and that all the matters stated
therein are true and correct of my own personal knowledge;
