Description

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) opened my 2007 unemployment case and scheduled me for a hearing. I'm speechless. (Don't confuse this with my 2001 case which they also reopened). I mentioned my 2001, 2007, and 2008 cases as examples of malfeasance by TWC in need of investigation by the District Attorney.
