want to report. I would follow the Policies and Procedures and I would listen that the person has to say, I wouldnt ask any question and I wouldnt judge. I would reassure the person about the safety of the information and I would inform the management in a private and confidential report. Also I would record the facts on appropriate paperwork and if the person needs to be monitored I would make sure that the regulation will be followed to protect the person. If the management is not doing anything about the facts, I would follow the company policy and report the abuse to Safeguarding Team.
