Contextual Help is missing. Getting very difficult to understand the functionality2.
Save option is badly designed in that the save option is not prompted while closing any unsavedimage. Save option displays several other options about formats and compression methodswhile saving. This is very different from the conventional 1 step save operation.3.
The UI for this application looks very rich, however, the positioning of the fields, the colorcombination, enable/disable feature are not viewable as easily as other web applications ingeneral.

Shortcut keys are missing for menu items and sub menu items.a.

Risk: If a user is used to using Shortcuts, this application kind of cripples the user bydenying the shortcut feature.2.
Ctrl+Z does not work for any operation on this applicationa.

Risk: a user who uses the keyboard heavily(most laptop users) will try to use keycombinations. Lack of this feature support might drive away this group of users.3.
The marker feature is too thick in size compared to similar products in the market(Marker.JPG)a.
