Is opening a new tank manufacturing plant in Humboldt. We seek
applications for 3 key positions.
Plant Manager: This individual will be accountable for the entire
operation, manufacturing berglass and stainless steel tanks, for
approximately 14 employees. Hands on experience with berglass/
stainless operations are a must (7 years minimum experience); tank-
winding experience, stainless welding and prior plant management
experience is preferred.
Fiberglass Foreman: This person will be responsible for the berglass
tank manufacturing operation, for approximately 7 employees. Hands
on experience with chop, hand layup, grinding and gel coat are
essential. Tank winding experience is preferred. Minimum of 5 years
glass, maintenance and supervisory experience preferred.
Stainless Steel Foreman: This person will be responsible for the
stainless steel tank manufacturing operation, for approximately 7
employees. Hands on experience with MIG welding stainless (304)
and some TIG experience preferred. Must be able to fabricate from
blueprints and experience with general stainless fabrication are
musts. Minimum of 5 years stainless, maintenance and supervisory
experience preferred. Tank experience is preferred.

Pullet Rotator will be responsible verifying and reporting pullet
bird weight. Will supervise crews on the pullet sites verifying they
are following process. Candidate will need to possess a valid driv-
ers license and have reliable transportation to be able to travel to
the different pullet sites. We are looking for an individual with 6
months production experience, a self-starter, organized, and can
work with minimal supervision. This is a full-time hourly position.
Pullet Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining the inside and
outside of pullet barn equipment and facility. Position will also be
responsible for ensuring that the feed systems are working, fans
are running correctly, grease and replace bearings, and maintain
manure systems, and keep bafes and winches working. We are
looking for an individual with 6 months production experience,
maintenance abilities, self-starter, and with good communication
skills. Candidate will need to possess a valid drivers license. This
is a full-time hourly position.

1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 cup white wine
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crush garlic
with rosemary, salt and pepper, making a paste. Pierce
meat with a sharp knife in several places and press the
garlic paste into the openings. Rub the meat with the re-
maining garlic mixture and olive oil. Place pork loin into
oven, turning and basting with pan liquids. Cook until
the pork is no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour.
Remove roast to a platter. Heat the wine in the pan and
stir to loosen browned bits of food on the bottom.
Serve with pan juices.
