Shanahan, dated January 13, 2014, with exhibits attached thereto. An Order, pursuant to CPLR 3213, directing the entry of summary judgment in lieu of complaint for the plaintiff in the amount of $3,934,946, inclusive of interest in the amount of $1,834,946, plus interest at the rate of 20% per annum from December 31, 2013, based upon the judgment of the Seoul High Court, plus costs of suit, and granting such other and further relief as the Court deems just, necessary, and proper.

Answering Affidavits:

If any, must be served upon the undersigned at least ten (10) days before the return date of this motion. See CPLR 3213.
