For all recipes:
Butter should be substitute with ghee when available.
1- Unleavened bread Chapatti:
350g whole meal flour.1teaspoon saltWater

Mix ingredients to smooth dough and let rest for 2 hours.

Cut dough in 4 equal parts. Flatted the dough and pan-fried in hot oil until golden brown.
2- Deep fried bread Puri:
350 g whole meal flour.water 1 teaspoon salt100 g butter

Mix all ingredients to a smooth dough and rest for 30 min.
