In this article we are going to take a quick look at the Holy Spirit. I believe there is great misunderstanding within the church of today as tothe person of the Holy Spirit. This article is looking directly at what theScriptures have to say.
Joh 14:26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send inMy name, He will teach you all things, and bring to yourremembrance all things that I said to you.The Holy Spirit is our helperJoh 16:13 However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He willguide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, butwhatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth1Co 2:12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but theSpirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have beenfreely given to us by God.The Holy Spirit leads us into understanding more of the things of God.Rom 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. with groanings which cannot beuttered.Rom 8:27 Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of theSpirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according tothe will of God.The Holy Spirit helps us to pray and indeed He intercedes for us.
