Filed order (Appellate Commissioner) The court has received respondent Fine\u2019s
response to its July 29, 2009 order to show cause and his request for a hearing.
In light of the significant overlap between the discipline case and the issues
raised by respondent\u2019s pending habeas petition, Fine v. Sheriff of Los Angeles
County, No. 09-56073, disciplinary proceedings are stayed pending the
resolution of the habeas petition. (Appellate Commissioner) (DL)
