Description

From Save-A-Life Foundation v. Baratz/Haap/Heimlich: http://tinyurl.com/2rtazv

Deposition notices sent to plaintiff's attorney Thomas DiCianni on behalf of corporate board members of the Save-A-Life Foundation (SALF). None of the four appeared at their scheduled depositions: Carol J. Spizzirri, Rita Mullins (former mayor of Palatine, IL), John Donleavy (president/CEO Vermont Electric Co.), Douglas R. Browne, (Deputy Director, US Centers for Disease Control & Prevention)*

Spizzirri & Mullins are apparently now partners in a new business startup, Litco Municipal Group: http://whois.domaintools.com/litcomg...

* CDC Deputy Director Douglas R. Browne was the treasurer of the Save-A-Life Foundation. Interestingly, the CDC provided approximately $3 million in funding to the Save-A-Life Foundation.
