Attorney General Weinstein:
am in receipt of your January 15, 2014 letter, referenced above.
The letter in its essence, states: "srael Police will surely review your
complaints.
However, was previously informed by counsel for the srael Civil Rights
Association that srael Police and/or State Prosecution are not authorized to
investigate complaints against the judiciary, absent instruction to that effect by
your office. That was the stated reason for my October 15, 2013 filing of the
complaint, referenced above, with your office in the first place.
Therefore, your response should be deemed at least vague and ambiguous.
Given the seriousness of the matter at hand, again request that you instruct
the srael Police and/or State Prosecution to investigate the complaint against
Presiding Justice Asher Grunis, and that you provide a clear and
unambiguous response on instant request.
