The "affidavit" doesn’t explain why she thinks the SS number was assigned to the Obama who is now President, or to any Obama for that matter, or why she thinks the number was previously assigned. You can make up absolutely anything and sprinkle on it enough "may" and "appears" as protection against perjury charges... Birfoons.
