The fed doesn't answer congress' questions, now, these ARMED COMPANIES don't have to answer local questions regarding investors, owners, intentions, contracts, etc. Like that town of less than 5k, needs a 500 bed prison? Right.... I would start checking out SHITE happening in every state... I guarantee corruption abounds. Your gov is probably shredding docs and looking for coverups right now. Citizens have the DUTY to WATCH their gov.. the gov is supposed to work for the people (LOL).
