Description

Some anonymous poster claiming to be Brian Jesseman -- friend of Liko Kenney and son of Franconia Selectman candidate Jeffery Jesseman.

The poster misappropriated Brian's likeness and placed him in a False Light in order to gain support for properly failed HB 1428 for "Bruce McKay Highway," which current State Rep Martha McLeod tried to sneak past the local citizens.

KingCast will sue the Union Leader to obtain the IP address of the anonymous poster, pursuant to Dendrite Int'l Inc. v. Doe, 342 N.J. Super. 134, 775 A.2d 756, 760 (N.J. Super. Ct. App. Div. 2001)
While the First Amendment protects anonymous speech, such protection should exist "so long as those acts are not in violation of the law." Columbia Insurance Co., supra, 185 F.R.D. 578. When the speech is in violation of defamation law, the identity of the violator should be disclosed.

Dang. There were two typos. Still comfortable :)

I've been knowing my First Amendment Law since before I even went to Law School and the affinity I feel for Liko Kenney in knowing his Fourth Amendment Rights in Fox Hill Park with Bruce McKay makes my creative fires burn with unrelenting brilliance.

People spewed a lot of haterisms about Liko but at bottom, when he and Bruce McKay first fell out, Liko was right: Bruce had no reason to hold him there without probable cause, and that's why all those Fox Hill arrests were thrown out by Judge Cyr as Unconstitutional but Joe McQuaid and his merry band of pranksters never said anything about THAT.

People spewed a lot of haterism about me too -- including one State Rep Martha McLeod -- but when it all comes down I'm right on this issue -- and many others -- as well.

The Internet -- and Lexis -- is the Great Equalizer for common folks trying to obtain a modicum of Justice in this World.

Dang. One typo. Other than that, I'm fully comfortable.
