WKYC Fugitive of the Week - 2/10/14 JOSIAH KEYES

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Josiah Keyes. Keyes is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Marion County Sheriffs Office out of Indianapolis, Indiana. Keyes is wanted for murder. It is alleged that on 09/24/13 Keyes father was involved in an argument with the victim. After that argument ended, Keyes himself got into an argument with the victim. Keyes then obtained a firearm and shot the victim in the head at point blank range. Keyes then fled Indiana to Ohio. Keyes is an 18 year old black male standing approximately 511 and weighing 145 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Keyes is believed to be hiding somewhere in Cleveland or Painesville. His family has several ties to both areas.
