i agreed with mr waltgoshert in any events or incident, who can we blame, indeed the children are the ones whomsuffer the dreaded incident and the pain, yet again, who can be sued and where can the victims claims teir compensation? give us the profits? but the simplest facts remains, i think all manufacturer of kids wear must test and double test with a dummy kids a few hundred times at any escalator, haha, then each manufacturer can claim, their wears are escalators proofs, yet in asian countries most crocs are imitation or pirated wears, so whom can we point the finger?, let hunts down the pirated tycoon...

Interesting tag... Killer Crocs? Certainly, the injured children are innocent, but who's the responsible party? Crocs? The escalator? The Mall? The parents? Too many times it's not the responsible party who pays, but the party with the money. Crocs, your wildly popular, but very ugly shoes, are killing kids on escalators. Give us your profits!

ya i'v heard news from the radio that a lot of kids are getting into accidents in escalators and other dangerous places while wearing crocs/rubber clogs... :(
