In this amazing document (judge it for what you think its worth) a lady named Mary Croft demonstrates how she successfully screwed credit card companies out of the money 'owing' Under Canadian Law no lawsuit can be awarded without damages - she wrote the credit card companies asking for the contract AND the damages - to which there are NONE.. All credit card usage creates debt into existence as it is USED at NO COST to the bank - therefore there is NO LOSS ON THEIR PART... She pays Cheques out of closed bank accounts and they do not bounce...
