Description

Becoming Buddhist almost doesn’t mean anything. Theoretically one can become Buddhist by meditating often and being mindful and learning about the various Buddhism beliefs, no ceremony necessary.

Officially becoming Buddhist, however, means that one goes to a Buddhist temple and takes the three refuges and the five precepts, but this is not something that should be taken lightly.
