B. DEPLOYMENT MODEL OPTIONS

Participation Training + Participation certificate
Certification All participants are awarded a GB “Participation certificate” at the end of the
model training program

Course Training + Participation Certificate + Course Completion Assessment test.

Completion All participants are administered a Course Completion Assessment test on the
Certification last day of the program. Those who score >=75% are awarded Course
model Completion Certificate.

Practitioner Training + Participation Certificate + Course completion Assessment Test +

Certification Live Project guidance and facilitation.
model The Training + Project guidance is spread over 3-4 months (GB) and 6-9
months (BB) period. This enables participants to learn and apply the Six
Sigma competencies end-to-end in a live project in your own company and
realize tangible business results.

This model is most preferred by corporates as it is designed to be

extensively application oriented with expert guidance throughout by
example Consulting group.
