COURT GIVES STAY ON RELEASE OF JKIA TERROR SUSPECTS Following the grant of bond at Ksh. 20 Million to each of the 4 JKIA terror suspects by Chief Magistrate Hon. Doreen Mulekyo, the DPP Mr. Keriako Tobiko aggrieved of the decision swiftly made an application to the High Court this afternoon, seeking a revision of the Magistrates order to grant bail to the suspects. The Hon. Msagha Mbogholi, Judge of the High Court heard the application and granted stay of the decision to grant bail to the suspects pending the full hearing of the application. The four men were charged over the recent blast at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) and were arrested allegedly with explosives on 16th January, 2014 at Shauri Moyo Trading Centre. *********************************** THE END *********************************
