Permission to Retain existing Banks Leased Accommodation at New York 2. Permission to shift house hold goods next year 2018-19 along with family.

The under signed has joined BO Main as Branch Incharge on 22.7.2018 in terms of HO HRD letter No. 777/2126/2013 dated1 8.7.2019. I may inform that my children namely Miss. Balclava and Sh. Chezah presently studying at New Delhi in Class XIII & Class IIIX, respectively. Since both of my children are required to write GEM exam for their respective classes, it is not possible for me to shift my family, presently, from Delhi, during their current academic session 2018-19. The certificates issued by the respective schools of my children, pertaining to academic session, are enclosed for your reference. In terms of HO 21365, under clause retaining of the Accommodation on transfer, an officer is allowed to retain his previous accommodation. At present I have been allotted House No. 987 Metro View Apartment, New York for the period of 3 years w.e.f. 20.3.2015 to 19.3.2019 at the rent of $11000.00 p.m.( Copy of allotment letter enclosed) by the Bank. I, therefore, request your good self to permit me to retain the above mentioned existing Banks Leased accommodation at New Delhi, till completion of present academic year of his children Since my family shall be staying in New York till such period, I also request to permit me to bring my household goods next year in 2018-19 along with family.
